  2. Chiming in about the continuing iron comments: it's a little known fact that 52 of the foods with the most iron content are plant-based foods! This list starts with things like soybeans, tofu, beans, quinoa, nuts, tomatoes, lentils, chickpeas, oats, spinach, greens, tempeh, etc.
